Deeds will be disbanded by a GM once one of the following rules applies:
Disbanding Rules:
Disbanding after 2 weeks of inactivity:
- Deed needs to have just a token. No buildings and no major flattening work done.
Disbanding after 1 month of inactivity:
- Deed has a (few) building(s) but is unfinished in general. For example Houses with no roofs / missing walls or unfinished flattening work, etc...
Only counts for deeds that are rly undeveloped and have not much time put in to.
Disbanding after 3 months of inactivity:
- Deed is / looks complete or high developed. Fully completed buildings etc...
If a deed is finished or not is up to the decision of a GM. Always make sure to drop a sign at your token (saying that you will be offline for a longer time) if you plan to take a longer brake! The sign buys you some more time, however after 6 months you run the risk of losing your inactive deed. We need to draw the line somewhere. There will be no money or item refunds for deeds that got disbanded due to inactivity.
We will disband EVERY deed after 3 months of inactivity. If you did not log in the mayor of each of your villages on the server for 3 months and did not leave a sign at the token your deed will be disbanded.
Bear in mind that you need to be online on each server, for example being active on Novus doesn't protect your deeds on Liberty and so on.
CLARIFICATION (again): Do NOT look at the Last Active entries on the map or on the token, these values will not play a role for deed disbanding. Only the mayor on the server the deed is on counts, no exceptions.
Left Over Buildings:
We will not destroy any buildings that are left over from the disband. Please do not ask a GM to come around the clean up the area for your use.
