A good portion of it is water.
I'm looking for someone to develop it for me (it's already terraformed) and I'm paying 80ql green scale
What I need:
4 buildings (house w/ 2 bedrooms & kitchen), workshop, storage building, dock building)
Prayer / meditation area
As many 2x2 animal pens as possible, I want the area to flow and make sense
This deed should scream Fo, country, animals.. it's for a pair of Fo priests
What I supply:
All building supplies if you wish, just tell me what you need
Food / water
Will bash down / remove the current fences / building if you want
Due to the trust involved I do want a known member of the community to take the project on if possible. Barefoot built my last place on Novus and it's amazing. I paid a set of black drake and a merchant contract for those unsure of whether or not I can be trusted.
I do need all buildings signed over to me for ownership in the end
