How do you delete or close a support ticket that has been resolves for quite a while now?

It will disappear on its own after a while (or at next server reboot).

closing the tab works until you log in the next time then it's back. It did not disappear after reboot. Thank you for your attempts.

Arbanka said: close the tab will work i think Yes this works until you log out and back in then the tab appears once again. This is what I consider a client reboot and the tab will re-appear every single time I do this. Yaga said: It will disappear on its own after a while (or at next server reboot). The last server reboot contained dragon code changes. The tab is still appearing even after the server reboot. The reason I ask this question is because about 8 months ago I remember someone asking the same question on CA Help. They replied to the person that a specific command could delete them. /delete ticket#479457 or something like that. I just cannot remember the /command that deletes them after all this time... and the tab is still there every day for me to close every day. It's not the biggest deal on earth but I'd love to never see it again:P If we can find this answer together by making all this noise maybe it will help someone else in the future! Thanks once again for the reply.

They disappear about a week after they're closed, I think. Unaffected by server restarts that I'm aware of. Patience.
I'm unaware of a command with that effect.
