How to ask a question
Why do I need to follow this guide?
In the last time the situation regarding direct PMs to my ingame account is becoming a problem.
Each day I receive a big amount of messages over the day and I am not able to answer all of them anymore. This can be really stressful over the time, because I can't answer them via my smartphone and they are also not really permanent as they are only logged in a text file I never look into, so I would have to answer asap, which is not always possible. So I decided that I will be no longer answering any incoming personal messages on my inagame account. A lot will now say, you don't even have 20 minutes for your players? Well for the person writing the PM it is 20 minutes of chatting, for me it is 20 minutes x 10 at least every day, so 200 and more minutes in total which I would have to spend just for answering PMs coming in very unregulary. I would have to stop working when a PM is rushing in, many PMs can take more than just 20 minutes, most "10 minutes" questions take 30 minutes in the end and so on.
I am sorry that I can't be there for you all each time anymore, but this will save a lot of time, which I can spend into developing in the end.
You are still welcome to PM me and tell me something of course, I will read every PM I get, I will just not answer or be able to hold an active conversation with you each time. University is starting again next week and there are still a big amount of things I need to fix for the new 1.3 release before I can gurantee a stable and working server from the first hours when the 1.3 update goes live.
If you want to ask a question use the following ways:
Ask it in CA Help or GL-Freedom, if there is nobody available you are always welcome to put in a /support ticket, we will answer tickets within a maximum of about 6-12 hours.
Always put in a /support ticket.
The action chain will be You => CA => GM => DEV. If GMs see a reason that the question needs to be forwarded to me then they will do so and I will contact you as soon as I can, providing you a good answer to your problem or question, as you know it from directly messaging me.
I know it is more convenient for you to PM me directly but this is not really enjoyable and causes unnecessary stress for me.
Thanks for understanding, you are really helping me a lot by following this guide! I hope everybody is fine with that.

If you want to ask a question use the following ways:
- If it is a problem or a question about Rules or Game mechanics you will not need my voice in the most cases.
Ask it in CA Help or GL-Freedom, if there is nobody available you are always welcome to put in a /support ticket, we will answer tickets within a maximum of about 6-12 hours.
- Do you have another question or want to report something you do not want to be discussed in the global chats?
Always put in a /support ticket.
