After some discussion with various people, and after considering some of the commentary on the infamous canal thread, myself and a few others have decided that doing a pilot event, with potential for future events would be in order. The event, is reclaiming an abandoned deed area, naturalizing it, and making it look as untouched as possible. There are some guidelines, and some balance will be required here. We can't just go around all willy nilly tossing dirt over all the abandoned deeds. We have to consider what is worth being left utouched, and what should be naturalized. This also brings up the idea of having Sklotopolis Landmarks or Sklotopolis Historical Sites, protected sites and/or structures that will remain untouched. This event can also include the completion of projects that have been long abandoned, or the naturalization of those projects.
So with that said, we need a good location to get things rolling here. So if you would, please submit a location you think should be 'fixed up', include the location, preferably a screenshot of it on livemap (and in person if possible), and the reason why you think so.
Thank you, Cilerium
**Project on hold until Canal is either completed or abandoned.**

Then i give a first idea
The east region from new town is littered with a lot disbanded deeds. I know, it's would be a very big project, but this region deserved it. Screenshots aren't required i think. The most people know it^^

The most people know it^^ Snidor, Because we need to focus our efforts, and because there are so many places that do need this attention, is exactly why I need submissions for our first go at this. Screenshots are not required, but coordinates for your suggestion are. Screenshots, coordinates, the things I asked for are so I can select the best places to start, those that need this most, and so I can build a list. Thanks, Cilerium

Oz, this is a good candidate. I would like to see more before I make a decision.

andistyr.github.io/wu-map/#1473_734, if your taking suggestions. Some people also like finding previously terraformed areas, so some might be good to just remove old pavements and re-plant fences/plant grass. This will also help people starting out find areas that look occupied but aren't.

As it's my old deed, I'd be fine with fixing it up otherwise.

Since this project is also about beautification - maybe part of this can be adding lamps/torches to highways at 10 tile intervals (being lit and blessed of course.) And maybe throughout the year checking on their damage, repairing, and eventual replacement?

And maybe throughout the year checking on their damage, repairing, and eventual replacement? I think that would be out of scope. Besides, some of us like the feel of a dark road in the middle of nowhere, with no light to be found nearby. I'm not aiming for road maintenance here, that would be a full time job.

I love this idea. I'll start looking around for potentials.
