Progress update: Phase 1: Complete, I did not chop the trees on any of the path, or pave or level the area north of Clear Lake Lodge (it was already done), however I did pave and level the area south of Clear Lake Lodge. Phase 2: Complete, I had no preference as to its exact location, I just knew it was needed, I did no work on it, someone beat me to it so I don't know what to do from here. Please advise. Phase 3: The part that is needed to connect to my deed (because of the moving of Phase 1) is complete, the rest should be done in less than a week.

Re: Phase 1, Lionhearted offered the work free for you. get it claimed and perhaps consider him fondly.
Phase 2, I believe it was Resa or someone from over in hallow who did most of that work, perhaps check with them on their intentions for claiming it. I did everything west of x2172, which if i'm being honest, about 30 tiles or so of it would have fallen under your plan. If you're ok splitting that i'll get you the coin when it's paid.
good luck on phase 3 and let us know if you need anything.

No it was not me on Phase 2... all I worked on was the corner where it would meet with my north/south road. Phase 2 should be paid entirely to Johntacos.
The guilty party is more than welcome to make apologies directly to you, Johntacos. I do know they are not trying to collect payment, that is all yours.

I saw sxygeeks section up to my Dragons Crown highway, i had a crate of bricks spare and dropped a couple, and a couple more, and got carried away. ...next thing i knew, i was up to the Hollow Pass.
It's my opinion that Johntacos has the thread, so he has 'dibs' on the highway, and he should get paid for it entirely. Any work done to it is voluntary, and without obligation of remuneration. If Johntacos wants to pay the workers, that is completely up to him. This is how it has been in the past for other player projects i have helped on.

Don't even suggest that at all. -_- He didn't ask for help. He got ripped off of any skill gains. If a project is posted, no one should do anything to it unless asked by the poster, regardless of how many spare bricks they have ;-p

Thank you for your answers, I am home sick today, so phase 3 might be done today, I will then measure, and post for the payment.
In claiming the projects, I underestimated the speed that settlements would appear in the area, in the future I will only claim one project at a time not 3.

In claiming the projects, I underestimated the speed that settlements would appear in the area, in the future I will only claim one project at a time not 3. I think that's the balance to find. I don't mean to be insulting, but it was clearly an ambitious project that John didn't have the labor/time to complete in a reasonable window. are the rest of us supposed to sit around with no roads to use between each other for weeks ? to play the other side, what prevents me from taking the map and drawing lines all over it and claiming the future construction of every road in perpetuity? to the point, where do we draw the line? how long is a plan valid for? is there a deadline for when work must be completed? now, i'm John's neighbor, and i hope to be friend, i'm going to do all i can to help him succeed, i don't mean to take from him, but there where several other deeds in the area that needed transportation, and the planned work was over a week old with no discernible progress.

The Taco Highway is finished, by my calculations the total length is 690, however I do not have an exact endpoint for Phase 2, so I used the end of the current pavement at X=2367. Feel free to correct me.

I am confused now, which part is done by taco which isn't. What is already paid as it seems there is a part of it paid already.
Can somebody please clear this up for me.

I am confused now, which part is done by taco which isn't. What is already paid as it seems there is a part of it paid already. Can somebody please clear this up for me. sorry for the confusion, a lot of folks came together around the area to do most of the work. I'll give you my understanding for your aid in resolving this claim. jdbooker did much of the work on the east end of phase 2. lionhearted did a bit of the work on phase 1 per their post here they both volunteered their work to jontaco's project. I did the west end of phase 2 as part of the road that came out of our deed. I personally paid Jon a share of the silver for my part in his plan there. So, it is my understanding from all the parties interested here that Jon should be paid for all three phases documented here. minus the section that was already paid from x2098 to x2173 along y2000 I am uncertain about where the project transitions from Taco Highway to Hallow pass. perhaps there are some markings there. but i can't give an accurate/exact tile count without knowing that point. Thank you again Engineer!

Thank you again Engineer! I never discussed where Phase 2 ended and Hallow pass began, so that is up to the creator of Hallow Pass, the number I gave was the end of pavement. I did not realize that part of the path had been paid, I thought you were paying me for the skill gain I missed out on or something like that. So that changes the total length to about 615. Please correct me if I missed something. Thank you.

Please pay Johntaco's East point of Phase 2 as 2376/1999 & 2376/2000 ( andistyr.github.io/wu-map/14821/#2376_1999 ) It is paved on this end.
