you all rock, and are appreciated. nothing can be 100% available, especially in the internets... with all those hungry kittens... problems seems to be with the hosting location/co themselves. can't get to any of their websites reliably. lots of packet loss trying to reach their IP's. tested from los angeles, new york, seatle, chicago however, i run test from Berlin , Barcellona, London, Paris, these all work great... sadly i think this is a routing issue from north america to the host, or somewhere in between... Let me know if i can help any way. I think you're probably correct. My buddy is in game (he's from maine) and he was talking in chat and trying to see what was up and somebody said something about doing a re-route through New York and being able to get in game- Thats just too complex for me to try and figure out how to do but might help someone yea, several ISP's around the US are able to reach the server IP's well. Hurricane electric, Century link are testing good. but level3 is crap from all over NA, but they are major carrier so could be affecting most of us. good luck folks. hopefully they find those darn cats and feed them to some trolls... or better yet, i could use some pelts...

For whatever it is worh, I have Sklotopolis servers showing on the launcher now. Still having some connection issues getting into game, but hey at least the launcher now sees it.
Also I agree, Sklotopolis usually has some of the best server administration, I have been using them for a year and a half and they have a lot fewer issues than any of the other large servers I have tried.
I am West Coast Comcast, just in case anyone is tracking which parts of the USA/ISPs are having issues.

issue seems to be with an oceanic link between newyork and germany that many ISP's are attempting to use to route to sklo right now, hopefully they get it together soon. unless you have multiple ISP's or some VPN magic, wait it out till the internet heals.. i have multiple ISP's , they all happen to be using this bad route this is where it's going to poo for me... 7 36 ms 31 ms 36 ms ae0-3356.nyk10.core-backbone.com [4.35.80.194] 8 * * * Request timed out. 9 312 ms * * core-backbone-100g-nbg.hetzner.de [81.95.15.6] if your interested try running a cmd window and running tracert 5.9.107.19

Just tried 3 different VPNs tunneling to Germany, Sweden, and the UK with my ISP currently coming from Salt Lake City, UT in the US... I can see the server on the list, but still can't connect using VPNs... Without the VPN, I can't even see the server on the list.

Having the same issue as everyone else. Just wanted to chime in. It's 9:36 EST, in Canada. Not sure if that applies. Miquel

might be the issue: www.internettrafficreport.com/namerica.htm100% packet losses reported at:
California (Anaheim) Canada (Vancouver) Georgia Kansas (Lenexa) Michigan (Ypsilanti) New Jersey (Atlantic City) New York (NYC) Ohio (Cincinnati) Pennsylvania (Philadelphia) Texas (Pampa) Virginia (Ashburn) Washington (Seattle) Wisconsin (Elkhorn) Yet on their global Overview page, they are giving USA/NAmericsa a very good score (97 green) www.internettrafficreport.com/I am no good at networky stuff so maybe someone else here can translate

I was not affected by this in the US. I'm from South Carolina.

Yeah not all American users were affected. I don't know whether region or ISP was the best predictor of who was affected (I am Comcast and could not get in)
