I don't see many deeds with free or rentable beds around. Just curious how other players feel about it. I guess there shouldn't be a need for inns, since we can just sleep in our tents, right?

I saw a lot of Inn's during my traveling but i didnt even think to stay there coz mostly ride from one point to another and back. And also we have 20lvl of every skill and seems that players can make a bed on their own deed from the beginig. Its just my opinion. On the other hand, it's very atmospheric to see the taverns by the road, go inside, watch how other players planned the construction. I always do that.

Maybe they just need to be better advertised?

One could try to add to the Live map the deed option next to Mailbox, Merchant, Harbor, 'Inn' for travelers to enjoy a good night sleep.
Or if the inn is in not on deed, once could add a point of interest: Inn; like meditation tiles and such.

Personally, every time I've built one it usually goes unused. Nothing wrong with having one, but I usually don't bother with one because it goes unused all the time

Would you like to tour and do a travel-log so players know where the inns are?

It looks like mine is used quite often which makes me happy that I built it. I guess people get really tired after digging up so much clay.

Speaking of which. I have just completed one of 3 inns on my deed. We will have an in for everyone, from the poor vagabond who just needs some rest, to the affluent gentry who appreciate the finer things.
Inn #1: The Desert Inn caters to those who are looking for a place to sleep. Perhaps you are in the desert, gathering crocodile skins to make leather armor? Maybe you are on a pilgrimage to the White Light? We have 8 beds available for intrepid adventurers and roving transients alike. Prices are reasonable at 50 iron per bed, all you have to do is bury one corpse and you have this covered.
Inn #2: The Steppe Above will be nicely appointed, and is centrally located. We are situated on the northern steppe, a short jaunt to the west and you will be at the acclaimed Burning Sands Desert Oasis, to the north you can reach the Impalong Site, and not too far to the east is the newly opened Rainbow Acres farmers market and proprietor Taka's amazing artisan, hand crafted, organically grown produce. We will have a total of 4 beds, all of which will be guaranteed comfy and inviting. If you are looking for a weekend getaway, this is the place for you.
Inn #3: The Inn on Main will have 2 rooms, each of which will have huge double canopy beds, and 270 degree views of the historic Village. The Inn on Main will be the premier destination in the region. Whether you are travelling in style and would like to rest, or if you are searching for that luxurious place to just relax and let the stresses of the day melt away in the extreme luxury.
