We got an inn to stay in, a few finished houses, empty plots of land (that you get to claim if you move in, and build your own house/private yard on). Shared areas (workshop, kitchen and farm with animals) and all resources on deed (peat + tar + clay + very extensive mine).

Ha actually now that you remind me -- I had totally forgotten that part lol. Must have been around 2012 or so. But your places have always been architectural design masterpieces though. I never had much more than some freebie 2x2 wooden huts clustered around a craft center, tree farm, iron mine, and community farm. More of a "safe place to drop in, play and learn" than any actual real social community.
