Happy new year, guys. I know that we long-time players hate to see such posts, but alas. As usual with posts like mine, real life calls, in the most positive way... new experiences, new growth, new friends. Above all, though, I can no longer touch any of the games on my computer for longer than 5 minutes, without starting to feel inwardly uncomfortable and suffocated.
Time has come to give away my lovely deed to a good heart's home. I don't want to disband or abandon it, as a lot of work went into it, and it's got good resources and some loot. I'd love to give away Petunia, too, but if it's tied to my Steam account, then maybe that will be impossible?
Tea and Folklore
I'll add pertinent and accurate information shortly. And photos, too, if anyone is interested.
Size: 40-something by 30-something.
Comes with sailing boat, knarr, corbita. Public mine real close by. Meditation rug, altar of Fo, and everything in bsbs and etc, is all yours. Including all the animals.
Located close to Spawn Camp West.
Will only consider someone who won't let it rot

Hi Petunia,
I own the small fenced in deed to your east called Foothold. I used your 'free' bed until I could create one. Kravit is my main on Liberty, but I agree that Tea and Folklore should continue as is. If you are still looking for a new caretaker I'm interested.

My character Khrone picked the spot near your deed because I liked your open yet secure plan. I would like to care for your deed and I encourage you to keep Petunia in the village for any curiosity. A friend has moved to join me at my Foothold deed. If you have changed your mind about your deed I would love to see you online. Every time I'm there I hope to see my helpful neighbor Petunia.

Thanks for looking, everyone. I fell in love with Sklo again and for now am not going anywhere, but if I do, I have someone in mind to pass the deed to. Thanks.
