It's very disappointing that Code Club wouldn't support their own product. Yeah it is a horrible decision since there are at least as much unique players in WU as in WO or even more. So disappointing 50% of your customers just because you are unsatisfied about the income is not the best strategy business wise. It is also not a good sign for WO Steam, showing potential new customers that they already abandoned one game before. Totally agreed... it gives them an even worse image than they already had But yeah, of course they don't care because they're selling WO to a new team xD

Can we have wagoner pwweeessssss Dom? Iamyourfather , Dominikk o/ I think (/suggest) the ' Buyer Merchant' (check screenshots) can be even better. I've seen it in action in other server, and it was so fun: you can sell bulk to the market, and buy any when needed - there is a fee for buy sell, so it's still worthy to direct buy / sell by players, but it make the trade so much easy and fun, and no more bulk deliveries. Can customize it to have a limit, min ql and such... Here's a short true story of one of my alts, on another server: 1. made an alt, after making some money - went to merchant, bought some charcoils and made some steel to make steel tools, dredge and such. 2. few weeks later found abandoned stuff, sold it to the merchant (and felt like a true pirate many more usages to it, can define one to buy when need, and place it in town, so others can sell directly to it... Hope it helps..

Hope it helps.. Every seller must find a buyer. So focusing this on a single merchant character is problematic. Although we have a pretty advanced market mod in our queue which we could bring live without cross server support (for now) though.

It's best used as a seller/buys in starter towns - imho. All can sell / buy bulks, and new-players / all can earn some $$ while grinding. Just a suggestion (trust you fully to balance it all right, I can only imagine how hard it must be

hmm, Unless the town-buyer is on behalf of the town owner? and defined a scripted trigger annual money-amount to give to buyer? will work automatically imho, just need to define how much the kingdom is willing to spare for buyers. and players will buy in bulks, and kingdom will make profit in the end, i think.

Kingdom coffers are empty, because there is no upkeep. So if there will be a buyer then it needs to be on behalf of a player as there will not be any money generated.

the king paid too much for killed mobs.
hm, a dynamic money sytem would be awesome. for example: the kingdom has 100g. solong the king have money, he could pay for killing mobs, buying mats etc. but if his chest is empty, he paid nothing. as income, taxes for merchants or bought stuff from salesmens/ pkm vendors. for the cases, his employees made not enough sales, he could demand a property tax.

Wurm Unlimited news As some have already stated, our focus for Wurm unlimited is shifting from content updates from WO to bug fixes and more modding support. We'll be adding the client modloader to the vanilla WU client which will allow for easier control of mods as well as many other features. We'll be working closely with server admins and modders via the Discord server in providing as much support as we can.
