We appreciate your support to our server, currently the continuation of Sklotopolis is secured for a longer time period, so donations aren't needed at the moment. Thanks to all our great supporters.

While I am glad donations are not needed deed expansion, buying wagons and other items for a persons deed are gone? This is not very fair for the new people as well as long time players.

Donations won't be gone forever. We are planning to rework the entire process of collecting donations to make it more convenient for the people using it but also for us. However, this will take some time (maybe even until early 2021). Until then we have decided to halt the collecting of donations. I know for some this might be an inconvenience but these are necessary steps we have/want to take.

The only thing that's gonna be offline for a while is the feature to donate. Everything else is and will still be there. And if it is really just the fact that you can't donate for a few months that makes you leave then I am sorry for that but that's just how it is now. All that said, hope you find another server to enjoy your time on. Take care! |

Just bumping this because I am curious how things are going. I am aware that you may not have a time frame, and I understand if that is still the case. I would like to be able to donate again, and it was on my mind tonight after seeing Dom online; so I thought I might ask if there has been any news or updates. Thanks!

We need to wait for that until I graduated because of legal reasons. So we are still on track, donations will be back this year.

Well I'm really displeased about this. In October 2020, you said it "might even be 2021" before they were back. It's almost halfway through 2021 and the donation page is still disabled.
I just started back on Sklo, and my intention was to donate for a few things to get my new deed off the ground. This is now impossible.
It's your server and your decision of course. But when your decision adversely affects other people, perhaps it's time to reconsider it. Or at least prioritize doing something about it.

It will not be possible to enable donations before everything is sorted.
We need to wait for that until I graduated because of legal reasons. Which will be in 2021 if everything goes as planned.

At the moment they have enable contracts for people to earn some special coins to purchase donation items. The people on this server are usually more than happy to assits new playsersa who need help" getting their deed off the ground".
