Introducing the Sklotopolis Community Points System
What is the Sklotopolis Community Points System:
With the Sklotopolis Community Points System we want to give people a chance to help the community and earn ingame items while doing it. The basic idea behind this project is that every second week there will be a new building material asked for by the kingdom in exchange for tokens. Players can then create these building materials (or take them from their storage) and sell them to the kingdom for community points. These points are called Sklotokens. After a player collected a certain amount of tokens they can exchange them for special items such as some of the donation items or silver coins(see second post). This way we will have a bridge for the time donations are down and at the same time resources for community projects get collected. These resources will then be delegated by us to wherever they are needed by the community (for example expanding of a slaying area, or other building projects).
When will it start:
The first request for materials will start on Saturday the 31st of October 2020 12pm UTC and will last exactly one week till Saturday the 7th of November 2020 12pm UTC. After that the next request will start.
Where can I find current ongoing contracts:
Ongoing contracts can be found here: sklotopolis.freeforums.net/thread/5960/contracts
Every contract will look like this:
Expiration date: The exact time the contract closes and no more pickup requests will be accepted.
Item: The exact item you have to craft.
Quantity: How much of said item you need to craft to fulfill the contract once.
Payment: The amount of tokens you get for fulfilling the contract once.
Maximum executability: How many times you can fulfill the same contract.
Tokens can only be claimed ONCE for both servers together! Either on Liberty or on Novus.
How can I claim my tokens:
To claim your tokens all you have to do is to reply in a special forum thread (I will put up an extra post for every distribution and post the link here in the comments every time a new contract opens) with the specific location you dropped off your goods (preferably at a token on deed in crates and bsbs so its secure). I then will pass by and claim the materials and add the tokens to your name.
How do I claim rewards:
Information on how to claim rewards can be found here:
sklotopolis.freeforums.net/thread/5998/reward-claim-opening-december-5th
FAQ:
Can I sell or trade my tokens to other players?
No, tokens are not tradeable and stick to ur SteamID.
Can I use any char to craft the materials?
Yes, you can use any account to craft these materials. There will be a cap though. For example 10k bricks per SteamID.
Can I trade my reward items to other players?
Yes, these items are 100% yours and can be used at free will.
Can I get a refund for my purchased rewards?
No, we are not able to refund rewards once purchased, so make sure that you choose the correct items. If you lose them (for example due to deed disbanding) they will NOT be refunded.
*Note: This is an experimental project so everything written here might be subject to change over time.
