I know we are told not to report deed over 90 days because they're automatically flagged, but there are currently around 150 deeds which have more than 90 days inactivity (and of those, 14 who have had no activity for more than 6 months) and which are not getting disbanded, so should we or should we not report those? If there is a trick to get a deed not to disband, please let me know, that could come in handy! Good locations are getting scarce, and a lot of space could be freed if those deeds were actually disbanded...

There is three things to note when it comes to deed disbanding:
1. Some of those deed owners have contacted us to not disband their deeds due to personal issues. In these cases we let the deeds stay up for longer than 90 days (usually half a year to a year depending on the severity, there are also players that have sadly passed away in which case the deeds will stay up for ever as a memorial).
2. Then there are deeds of staff members and ex-staff members which get longer disband timers as a small thanks for their service. They work/worked very hard and for free so this is the least we can do for them.
3. We do not always disband at exactly 90 days since all disbands are still done manually which means that someone has to take time out of their day to do this. This leads to some deeds being over 90-100 days before they get disbanded.
Also it is important to note that the last active number on the livemap is not always accurate. It can only log players that actually have been on the server and does not take other server activity into account. If player A has a deed on Liberty and Novus and he stays on Novus for 120 days without visiting Liberty even once he will be displayed as 120 days inactive on Liberty and 0 days inactive on Novus. In this case, both deeds would stay. But according to the livemap the Liberty deed would have to be disbanded. Sadly an annoying error we can not fix.
So the basic do not report deeds that are over 90 days still applys. We will handle them but there might be delays. I believe it has been quite a while since the last disband wave (leading to so many 100+ days deeds rn) but I will get to that within the next days.

I will have a look next week and disband as many deeds as possible.
