What: Terraforming Nova Vida Where: Nova Vida on NovusWhen: February 4 UTC 13:00 to Feb 5 UTC 03:00 I think we can get this done in a day. Who: You! And the many people that have already volunteered Talohan gylnne lolabelle bluebunny Dweia callizto greenman snakey darksaiyon jagat Saviina chamomilo rusty How: Bring your hatchet, your shovel, and your pickaxe. We will start with building a highway bypass and then once the highway is reconnected, we will terraform the rest of the deed. Why: Novus needs a place for experienced players. This location offers a lot of amenities including easy access to the ocean, close to Skylark Academy, close to Event Arena North, and close to Jackal's Revenge Rift. There will be portals to and from New Hope and Spawn Camp West. Also, there will be a marketplace for players to sell their creations. There it is. Make your plans. You don't have to be there the whole day. I'm trying to make sure everyone is informed early enough and can be there to help when it's convenient for them. I don't expect anyone to be there the entire time.

will there be carts and horses or should we bring our own? The event will be on Novus. There will be an event teleport. Type /events for the countdown. If you need a cart or wagon, you need to bring your own.

Is there any help or preparations needed ? Tools, crates, carts/wagons, animals ? We have had enough pottery bricks donated to pave the whole city. I recommend that you bring a hatchet, shovel, and pickaxe for chopping down trees, digging dirt, and surface mining. If you prefer to do that from a wagon or large cart with animals pulling it, you're welcome to bring those. I will be donating some crates and crate racks. If you want to bring your own, you're welcome to. I will try to have some resources on site, so that we can make extra crates as needed. I'll have a couple of tables for food. I've had some food donated already. If anyone else wants to bring some food, there will be space for you.

I have dropped off some items, crates, markers, oven, pavilion just in the south perimeter as the guards frowned on me dropping on site. Will return with shovel, pickaxe and hatchet.

I want to thank everyone that donated and volunteered their time for this event:
Vitez
Elfin
Baloo
Lolabelle
Bluebunny
Artem
Romana
Jagat
I hope I didn't miss any names.
It was a long day with a lot of hard work. These volunteers were also very smart an knowledgeable in terraforming. We had some issues with the local terrain, like noob mine tunnel running under the deed. I will schedule another terraforming event in the future.

I hope I didn't miss any names. Klarseth was there for a little while but he seemed flighty and easily distracted.
