I may take you up on the offer Wreck, your skill is the same as mine, I would request that you use my 90ql rare large anvil though I'd be honored. Thank you!

No no, i am disagreeing on the scale set being held or imped, Being held is one thing. Imping and then sending out i think is a no no. Rare items can be made and exchanged out.

How was this dealt with previously? I've been to a couple of dragon slaying, with sets handed out. I don't recall rare items being mentioned. Me personally would just be doing my task at hand and gaining skill. I'd imagine if I were to create all the sets, that I'd hand them all over to the organizer afterwards to hand out. I don't have any sets to switch out, nor would I do that...it's just dishonest IMO. If a piece were to turn rare, I'd imagine we'd maybe roll that off amongst all the winners of the sets? I know not everyone knows me on this server, but I'm a very honest person when it comes to loot. Always have in every game I've played FWIW. I'm just tickled pink to be a contributor to this event. That's all I really care about. On WO, I never had high enough skills to contribute to the server. Here I feel like I have purpose

Mizova made the blue drake hide sets. She was chatting while she did it, so she told us whose she was working on at any given time. After she finished mine (which presumably she imped as high as her skills allowed, pretty sure everyone got the same QL) she said whose she was starting. Then a few minutes later she said he was getting a rare glove in his set. XD It went rare during creation, she'd already decided whose set it was, therefore he got a rare piece. If the person making them is trustworthy and has a procedure, no need to nitpick or get paranoid.

Here I feel like I have purpose Every event i have been to here on this server, all scale is collected and then gets figured out how many complete sets and any partial sets can be made. Then a random roll is done to see who wins a set from the people that was involved in the event ( NO alts may win, only main characters). This is done until all sets are gone with no one winning twice. Any other loot (bones, skull, even the corpse) found from the corpse is also raffled off in the same matter. This will be either my 4th or 5th event and has always been done this way on this server.

Especially if this is what was done previously, I don't want to rock the boat. If it works for the community, I'm glad to adhere.

I was strictly asking about set pieces turning rare on creation or imp'ing, since it was brought up.

During the creation process, Dragon Scale or Drake Hide suits will be separated into Backpacks with the name of the person who won each suit on them.
For example, say that Wreck won Suit 1, I won Suit 2 and Brok won Suit 3.
Three backpacks would have our names on them in that order, I'm making the suits, so I begin by filling Wreck's backpack with all of the parts of the suit, once this is done, I move on to making my suit, Suit 2 and again, fill the backpack until I have the parts required. While making Suit 3 to fill Brok's backpack, I turn one of the gloves rare, this item belongs to Suit 3 and remains as such, it does not get moved around.
As far as I am concerned, as SOON as the items are created, they are considered property of whoever won the suit, changing which suit a rare is part of, I consider to be cheating and comparable to theft.

Thank you for explaining in detail. I think this is a fair way to handle it.
