Question regarding 3 towers near me. [Liberty]

Hello, I was told by Elfin to make this post.
I was wondering, there are 3 towers close to my deed and those 3 towers are gone. Do I use the map's feature "Report wrong location"? Or what do I do?
Or can I just build new ones where those towers used to be and still get paid?
