Wanted to sell my deed Sunfire Coast on Novus andistyr.github.io/wu-map/14821/#sunfire-coast. I just dont have time to hold down that deed and my main one on Liberty. It is decently developed. The mine is mostly paved and has a natural 99ql iron mine. Most of the breeding areas have enchanted grass. Carts, wagons and magical chest can stay. I was thinking 10 silver, but there is room to negotiate. Be a great starter deed for someone just starting on Novus. Leave me a message or contact me in game via Arduwin.

Size? Room to expand (my Novus deed is mushed in a tiny narrow gap between two other deeds with no room to expand past 35 wide, so I'm looking to move)?

West 25, East 65, North 45 and South 45. There is room north and south to expand, east goes into the ocean. West side got some room before you run into Redbox deed.

If you want more land in that area, I am considering selling my deed to the west of you there. You would have more than enough space for pretty much whatever you want to do. Let me know if you are interested.
