Converting Tundra to Steppe on Novus

I started turning part of the tundra at andistyr.github.io/wu-map/14821/#750_2549 into Steppe, I didn't know this might not be allowed, Gkkau told me to post here to make sure it's ok. I honestly don't have any idea how much I plan on doing at this moment, just kind of a side project to distract me from terraforming/etc/to get some spawns nearby, I just wanted to know if this was ok or if I should stop. As far as I knew Tundra is worthless because nothing spawns on it and I wanted a shot a little more stuff nearby, but he told me it's the only place Ligonbarries spawn so that I should get a green light before I continue.
