Oak Town - A new town in progress! - recruiting new and old!

Oak Town
Oak Town is a new Town (on an old inactive deed) looking for new members. We are located near the road and a large lake on Novus. Members get their own personal house, get access to the mine, and farm. Members are expected to work some.
All players new and old are welcome. If you are new, we are more then happy to teach you if you want that. All members must be active. Inactive Members without notice will be removed from their property.
As time goes on new things and perks for members will be added to the town. A lot of what this Town will have is up in the air but we do have some idea of what we will be and have. We plan to have things like an inn, library, public crafting house, maybe even a restaurant, and more. We will have a few businesses as well and have a marketplace.
We have a mine with many types of resources, clay, tar, and are next to a lake.
