With a rich history dating back to 2015, Sklotopolis has been a haven for players looking for a sandbox experience on our 3 original servers that have never been wiped in the last almost 9 years. But, after such a long time many players have 8+ years head start in comparison to new players. This makes Sklotopolis not newbie friendly because new players have no real chance in catching up and on the player markets the long-time players have a massive advantage, giving new players no real challenge on our servers anymore. As a solution to this problem, we proudly unveil our latest innovation: Sklotopolis Infinity
Sklotopolis Infinity has all Sklotopolis mods installed and emerges as a solution to the needs of our player base while constantly attracting new players. Recognizing the importance of maintaining a welcoming environment for all players, Sklotopolis introduces Infinity, a new cluster designed to provide a fresh start for everyone. In Infinity, every player begins anew, with skills and items left behind on the original servers Liberty, Novus and Caza. On Infinity the slate is wiped clean, offering an equal footing for veterans and newcomers alike to forge their paths in a world untainted by past achievements.
However, Infinity is more than just a fresh server cluster, unlike the original servers (Liberty, Novus, Caza) which will never be wiped, Infinity operates on a unique model of periodic resets. Approximately every year, the servers within the Infinity cluster undergo a reset. With new servers launching every 6-12 months, players can continually embark on new adventures, adapting to new maps and challenges with each iteration.
But what truly sets Sklotopolis Infinity apart from other Wurm Unlimited servers is its seamless integration with the original servers. While Infinity offers the thrill of starting anew, players don’t need to fear losing their hard-earned progress. Players can freely travel from Infinity to the Original servers (but not in the other direction), ensuring that no skill or items are lost when an Infinity server resets. Even as servers within Infinity reset periodically, players retain the ability to access their accounts on the original servers, transporting items and continuing their adventures without interruption over there. This unique synergy between Infinity and the original servers ensures that players can enjoy the best of both worlds: the excitement of fresh beginnings and the stability of established servers. Plus, whenever an Infinity server is reset, the world will be available for download, so even your old deed is accessible to you forever. Nothing will ever be lost.
In a move that showcases Sklotopolis' commitment to excellence, the first server of Sklotopolis Infinity is generated using a special map created with the commercial tool World Machine, the same tool that Notch used when generating the first Wurm Gold servers back in 2007.
Sklotopolis Infinity represents not just a new chapter, but a reinvention of the Wurm Unlimited experience. So, whether you're a seasoned veteran or a wide-eyed newcomer, prepare to embark on a journey like no other.

Sklotopolis Infinity has ALL mods you might know and love from Sklotopolis Original. There are many unique features which remove most of the hard grinding. This makes Wurm even more fun to play. We have a Wurm Online style economy with big market places where people can sell their items to other people. There are many events where you can earn items, rare armor and coins. With our servers we hope to give you and us a fun experience playing and surviving together in the big world of Wurm Unlimited.

Server specs:
- 1x new Infinity server every 6-12 months with the size of a 4k map
- Server reset after every 12 months - your account with all items and skills will be sent over to Sklotopolis Original on reset - So you will not loose the progress on your account.
- 3x Sklotopolis Original Servers - No wipes ever
You can always travel from Sklotopolis Infinity to Sklotopolis Original. But not in the other direction.
Data Safety
Backups will happen every 3 hours daily.
They will be stored local on the server in Germany and all backups are transferred to the Microsoft OneDrive Cloud too.
Further more we keep daily backups up to one month and weekly backups up to 6 months. So if something goes wrong we likely can restore ingame items up to 6 months.

ECONOMY:

Free Starter Deeds (4s worth of deed is free)

People receive coins for highway building. (1s per 100 tiles)

PRIESTS:
No priest penalties.
No spell cooldowns.
Unlimited prayers per day. (every 20 minutes for faith gain)
Triple favor gain.
Rite of spring fixed
MEDITATION:
Unlimited Meditations per day. (every 30 minutes for skill tic)
No more "You fail to relax" messages during meditation.
You no longer need to move for meditation skill gain.
Cooldown between meditation path levels has been decreased by 80% from WO standards.
Meditating is now also part of the skill multiplier.
TRANSPORTATION & STORAGE:
You will be able to run faster with heavier weight in inventory (max speed will stay at 17kmh)
Faster movement on animals, carts, boats and ships
Forges will fit 100 ores.
All the different forges will produce ash now.
19 Body Strenght to load items. (crates, forges, ovens, etc.)
Decreased loading timer.
Increased loading radius.
Crates now hold a lot more items.
Moving of bulk goods is no longer limited to inventory capacity. (drag more than 100 items)
Meat, Fish and filets fit into Fsb and Crates.
Mushrooms Fit into Fsb and Crates.
You can drop Hot items into the bsb and fsb.
Hitch animals to ships to transport them
Items put in Crates or Bulks will be sorted by QL level (base 10) automatically.
Items from digging, mining or chopping trees will now go to the crates in your cart instead of dropping on ground.
FARMING:
Crops only take 1 day to grow and NEVER rot.
Decreased Sowing timer.
Harvest from Cart or Mount.
TERRAFORMING:
~45 mining hits per wall
Digging and leveling works like mining.
Surface Mining will lower the rock on every hit.
FUNCTIONALITY:
Added /seasons command which shows when the next fruits etc get ripe.
Added a season MOTD.
Added an inbreed warning message.
Drowning is now completely disabled.
RANDOM FEATURES:
One week bridge cooldown due to a WU bug has been removed.
Now a welcome message for new players appears in Event.
CA Help is now enabled for newbies by default.
Fix for characteristics skill multiplier.
Automated shop system is live.
Tools can improve themselves now (hammer on hammer etc.)
Dragon loot has been increased.
Drake loot has been increased.
Action timers are fixed

All gods share an alchemy affinity now, which means the same double favor items as Libila
Added voting bounties. You will now receive a small bounty for voting at wurm-unlimited.com/server/28/vote use the commando /voted to receive the money to your bank.
Treasure chests should no longer spawn with locks.
Creature slaying bounties will now go directly to bank.
The different pauldron types are now craftable with a high difficulty.
There is a event notification if a fireplace runs low on fuel.
