Proposal
Conversion of Deed into a communal dock for use by nearby Deeds, and The Deed of Requirement for future events, Canal on southern perimeter through D'hara with permission from Rahl(Deed Owner). All highlighted purple on image. Complete with depth for Caravels and numerous slips, free to use.
Highway Impact
South eastern portion highlighted pink new bridge installation 2x5 over the canal. Installation of an additional piece of highway south of perimeter highlighted white, and potential location for a guard tower.
Timeframe
Levelling of deed taking place, but not breaking water without permission of Staff. Project to take several weeks. Downtime of highway segment limited to a few days with prior notice and will be very minimal, exterior (drive around) portion to be completed first.
