Hi,
What happens on Skloto to disbanded deeds? Let's say a deed is disbanded, I stumble upon it and see that it is in fact in a quite nice location, and plant a new stake in the middle of it. From the previous owner, the deed still has a stone building with a locked door. What happens to the building and the lock when I re-deed the place? I suppose that nothing change and that I will never gain ownership of anything, and will just have to destroy the door and/or the building, without the mayor bonus?
If I want to keep the building, I will still have to break the doors I suppose, but then will I have it in my list of buildings to manage? What happens to mine doors?
The branding on animals will disappear upon disbanding?

you can not deed over houses that are not yours, mine doors stay, no idea about the animals.

They become unbranded but keep the name. The mine door stays and you still can't get into it, you'll have to bash it.

Raven Watch in the east is like this right now. The wooden barn has decayed to the point where the horses all got out. But I can't bash existing walls. Nor can I bash walls on the stone mansion. They just have to decay on their own. The mine door must have been bashed because it's gone.

Thanks for the replies. So if I see a message saying "<Deed_name> has been disbanded by <Player deleted>", even if the owner has apparently been deleted, we have to wait months for the houses to decay naturally to claim the spot? (sorry, never cared about this in WO, with monthly maintenance fees you optimize every tile of your one deed )

Yes you have to wait until the house decays

I think there's a few special cases where you don't have to wait, like cedar grove houses were popped (even full of stuff) to make way for the eastern tunnel deed (my alliance deeds are right beside it and I was waiting for them to decay naturally so I could expand but instead one day they were just poofed), and a few others have said if the houses are empty they can be poofed for you, but it seems to be a case by case thing depending on who is asking (and who you ask).
